After owning and operating a catering business and a restaurant in Florida and a restaurant here in Colorado, we knew what we truly wanted. We searched for the right property and finally we found it, bought it, remodeled and opened. To open our doors each day and greet our friends, meet new people and share the gift and art of cooking and dining is a dream come true. No other business or profession could be as rewarding to us. This is our passion. The colors and textures of the cafe' are reminders of provencal cafe's. Listening to the music of French cafe's one feels as if they are transported to another place and time. We welcome you to visit us, relax and enjoy the art of dining again. A simple cup of coffee or latte becomes an island of time in your day. No hustle bustle and no scurrying. Cafe' Aimee serves breakfast until 11:30 AM. From 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, we serve brunch and lunch. Our menu for breakfast includes: - French Toast made with cream, vanilla, eggs and spice
- House Specialty French Toast (flatbread French toast encrusted with sliced almonds)
- Pacific Omelette with Scallops and Shrimp
- Smoked Salmon Omelette
- Farm Breakfast - two eggs, Black Forest ham or bacon and gratin
- Ham and Gruyere Cheese Omelette
- Vegetarian Omelette - fresh vegetables and imported cheese
- Omelette Lorraine - fresh spinach and bacon and Gruyere cheese
- Grilled Chicken and Cheese Omelette
- Chevre Omelette
- Mediterranean Omelette with tomatoes, olives, spinach and goat cheese
- Belgian Waffle (week-ends only)
